Delivery Times
We are committed to processing your order within 1 to 2 business days. During periods of high demand, this timeframe may be slightly extended. We appreciate your understanding. Standard delivery times typically range from 7 to 12 days.

Shipping is free for orders that meet the minimum amount specified in your cart.
Shipping Destinations
We offer international shipping. However, please note that some countries may not be eligible for our services. We apologize in advance for any such limitations.
Incorrect or Modified Address
If you notice an error in your contact information, please contact us immediately using the email address provided at the bottom of the website so we can modify your order before it is shipped. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot make any changes. If the parcel is returned to us, we will get in touch with you to decide on the next steps. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Not Delivered After 25 Days
In some cases, your order may take longer than expected to arrive. Unfortunately, we do not have full control over the delivery process. If your order has not arrived after 25 days, please contact us via email, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with your neighbors.
If three business days have passed since the parcel was marked as delivered and you still haven’t received it, please contact us by email so we can investigate the matter.
Parcel Tracking
Every order comes with tracking. You can check the delivery status of your parcel via the “Track My Order” page available in the site menu. Please allow 3 to 5 days for tracking information to update in the system.
EXCHANGES / RETURNS
Return Policy
We have full confidence in the quality of our products, which is why we offer a 14-day return period starting from the date of delivery. Returns are risk-free, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Defective or Damaged Product
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange a defective item for the same one, please email us with a photo or video of the product along with a description of the issue. We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the matter.
Merchandise Refund
Once your return has been inspected, we will contact you to initiate the refund. The reimbursement will be processed using the original method of payment.
Return Form
We are highly aware of our environmental impact. As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, we are implementing positive changes to help build a better future. This includes eliminating paper return forms and invoices from our parcels.
You will find that these documents are no longer necessary, as they can easily be sent by email.
This decision aligns with our values of doing what is right and striving to reduce our impact on the planet.
Refund to a Different Payment Method
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. The only alternative we offer is a gift card (store credit) for the total amount of the refund.

Our customer service team is committed to replying to your emails within 24 to 48 hours. However, please note that during peak periods, response times may be extended—exceptionally—up to one week.

When shopping for clothing with us, it's important to determine the right size. That’s why each of our product pages includes an easy-to-follow size guide indicating where and how to take your measurements. All you need is a measuring tape.

Take Measurements
Bust: Place the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, at nipple level.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, typically just above the belly button.v
Hips: Wrap the tape around the widest part of your hips.
If you fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more relaxed fit.

I Ordered the Wrong Size
No worries — we’ve got you covered!
If an item you ordered doesn’t fit, you’re eligible for an exchange in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Thanks to our satisfaction guarantee, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to try on your items (except for certain garments that cannot be returned).
❗Please note that items intended for intimate use (e.g., underwear) and items marked with a discount of 50% or more are non-refundable. In such cases, partial refunds or exchanges may be offered, depending on the situation.

I’m Between Two Sizes
If your measurements fall between two sizes, we always recommend choosing the larger size. Our garments are made from high-quality stretch fabrics designed to adapt to your shape. Opting for the larger size will generally ensure a more comfortable fit and better support.

Taking Care of Clothes
Always read the care label. Doing so helps prevent damage from incorrect washing, drying, or ironing settings. Be sure you understand the meaning of each care symbol.
As a general rule, follow these guidelines:
Most of our activewear is made from synthetic fibers such as nylon, elastane, and polyester. These materials provide both compression and flexibility. However, washing at high temperatures can damage or shrink the fabric. Washing at lower temperatures not only preserves your garments but also saves energy — high heat wastes a lot of it!
Wash garments with similar colors to prevent color transfer, especially for dark-colored items.
Turn garments inside out before washing (when applicable). This helps remove sweat, dead skin cells, and bacteria that can build up and cause unpleasant odors.
Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron, or dry-clean your clothes. Instead, air dry them to maintain their elasticity and extend their lifespan. Air drying also helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Place an Order
To successfully place an order on our website, simply follow these steps:
1-Go to your preferred product page.
2-Select the right color and size.
3-Confirm the desired quantity.
4-Click the "ADD TO CART" button.
5-Review all items in your cart — when you're ready to proceed, click "CHECKOUT".
6-Complete your order by filling in the required information on the checkout page: customer details, shipping address, billing address, shipping method, and payment information.
7-If you have a discount code, enter it during the payment step.
8-Review your order one last time to make sure you selected the correct item(s), quantity, color, and size.
9-Click "Place Order" to finalize your purchase and initiate the shipping process.

Our default currency is the euro (€). If you are ordering from abroad, please check the daily exchange rate of your local currency at the time of purchase.
Received a prepaid gift card? You can use it to pay for your order.
We also offer the option of deferred payment through Klarna. Please note that Klarna is not considered an express checkout method. It becomes available at the final stage of the checkout process, on the same page where you can select to pay with a credit or debit card.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed based on product availability, as well as the availability of the selected sizes and colors.
During high-volume periods, product availability may change while your order is being processed.
Most orders placed Monday through Thursday are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed starting Monday and shipped within 2 to 3 business days.
Please note that orders are not processed on public holidays.
Out-of-Stock Item
No worries — while we restock our inventory regularly, occasional stockouts may still occur.
